摘要
给出了船舶虚拟制造系统的定义,设计了包含船舶产品虚拟开发、虚拟工艺和虚拟造船企业环境架构的体系架构,讨论了船舶虚拟制造系统与船舶实际制造系统的相关关系,并从实施船舶产品开发活动的并行开展和支持船舶生产经营活动的角度出发,为实现虚拟制造技术与造船设计、制造及装配、生产调度、质量管理等环节的有机集成,对船舶虚拟制造系统实现的关键技术进行了分析.
A virtual manufacturing system for shipbuilding was defined inthis paper which applies virtual manufacturing technology in shipbuilding enterprise. The system architecture was designed to mtegrate the ship virtue design virtue manufacture and virtue envirement, the relationship between the virtual ship manufacturing and actual manufacturing was discussed. The key technology to realize the system was analyzed to meet the demands which consist the ship design manufacture, part assembly and quanlity management.
