摘要
目的建立复方沙芬那敏糖浆中测定马来酸氯苯那敏和氢溴酸右美沙芬含量的方法。方法色谱柱为DiamondCls柱;流动相为甲醇-乙腈-0.005mol/L十二烷基磺酸钠溶液(含2%冰醋酸)(10:50:40);流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为254nm。结果本法测定马来酸氯苯那敏在20.2~161.6μg/ml、氢溴酸右美沙芬在26.4—211.2μg/ml浓度范围内,线性良好。结论方法准确可靠,简单易行,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective HPI,C method was established to determine the contents of chlorphenmine maleate and dextromethorphan hydrobromide in Dextromethorphan hydrobromide and Chlorphenamine Maleate Syrup. Methods The C18 column was used with Methanol-Acetonitrile-0.005mol/L Sodium l,aurylsulfate (contained 2% acetic acid glacial) as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 254 rim.The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. Results A good linear relationships were obtained when the concentrations of chlorphenmine maleate were among 20. 2 and 161.6 p, g/ml and thai of dextromethorphan hydrobromide were among 26.4 and 211.2 tz g/ml, respectively. Coneluaion HPl,C method was simple, aecurale and highly sensitive and could be applied to the quality control for Dextromethorphan Hydrochloride and Chlorphenamine Maleate Syrup.
