摘要
本文基于水泵的基本特性和参数的分析,论述了水泵变速运行的可行性及节能原理;在对异步电动机的各种调速方案分析的基础上,本文以变频调速方案为重点,并通过应用实例,深入分析了基于专家PID调节的变频调速技术在供水系统中的应用方法和实施方案。研究表明:该系统具有响应速度快、稳定性好、节能效果显著、系统变频范围宽、调速精度高等特点。
Based on the analysis to pump characteristics and parameters, this paper discusses the feasibility and saving energy theory for pump speed-regulating. By the analysis to different speed-regulating schemes of asynchronous motor, a variable frequency speed-regulating is researched emphatically. By way of practical example, this paper deeply analyzes the application methods and realizing scheme of variable frequency speed regulating techniques based on expert PID controller in constant pressure water supplying system. It is shown that the system has advantages in the asPectS of fast resPonding 8Peed, reliability, widevedable frequency range and high accuracy as well as saving energy.
