摘要
在循环流化床(CFB)锅炉冷模试验台上,对高温旋风分离器入口烟道内的气固流动特性进行了试验研究.应用高速摄影机拍摄了示踪粒子在2种结构入口烟道中的运动轨迹并对其进行了分析,得到了不同结构的分离器入口烟道对固体颗粒的加速性能.结果表明:长烟道内颗粒的加速性能比短烟道内颗粒的加速性能好,但长烟道内压降比短烟道内的大.同时,对长、短烟道分别与分离器相连时分离器的分离效率和压降进行了对比,结果表明:在相同工况下,配长烟道分离器的分离效率高于配短烟道分离器的分离效率,但前者的分离器压降大于后者.
The experimental study was carried out on a cold test rig of circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boiler for the gas-solid flow characteristics in the inlet flue duct of the high temperature cyclone separator. The motion trajectories of the tracing particles in the inlet flue ducts of two different structures were shot by a high-speed camera. Through analysis on the trajectories of the tracing particles, the accelerating performances of the solid particles by the inlet flue duct of the separators of different structures were obtained. Results show that the accelerating performances of the particles in long flue duct is better than that in short flue duct, but the pressure drop in long flue duct is larger than that in short flue duct. Meanwhile comparison was made for the separating efficiency and pressure drop between the long and short flue ducts when they are connected to the separator respectively. Results indicate that under the same working conditions, the separating efficiency of the separator with long flue duct is higher than that with short flue duct, but the pressure drop of the separator with long flue duct is larger than that with short flue duct.
