摘要
在压电执行器喷射系统研究的基础上,设计开发了基于压电执行器的驱动电路装置,并对喷油器性能及喷油规律进行了试验测量。试验结果表明:压电执行器与电磁阀执行器相比可更加精确地控制喷射,具有响应快、性能稳定等特点,具有满足更苛刻国家排放法规的潜力。
A driving circuit was designed for piezoelectric injector based on the study of a piezoelectric actuator.Experiments for the piezoelectric injector were carried out and the performance and injection rate of the injector were measured.The results show that the piezoelectric injector can control the injection of the fuel more precisely,and it has quicker response and more stable performance compared with solenoid actuator,so it has potential to meet more severe national emission standard.
