滋肾活血通脉片治疗稳定型心绞痛31例临床观察

Clinical Observation on 31 Cases of Stable Angina Cordis Treated by Zishen Huoxue Tongmai Tablets

目的：观察滋肾活血通脉片治疗稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效及对C反应蛋白（CPR）的影响。方法：将62例中医辨证为阴虚痰瘀阻络证的稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为两组，对照组用西药治疗，治疗组加滋肾活血通脉片治疗。结果：治疗组中医临床证候改善、心绞痛缓解总有效率分别为90．323％、87．096％，明显优于对照组（P〈0．05），但两组心电图的改善无明显差异（P〉0．05）；治疗组CPR含量明显减少，与对照组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论：滋肾活血通脉片治疗稳定型心绞痛疗效确切。

Objective： To discuss the clinical effect on stable angina cordis and the affect to C reactive protein （CPR）by Zishen Huoxue Tongmai tablets. Method： 62 cases of stable angina eordis syndrome of yin deficiency and static phlegm blocking collaterals were randomly divided into two groups. Cases in the control group was treated by western medicine and eases in the treatment group were treated by Zishen Huoxue Tongmai tablets on the basis of western medicine. Results：The total rate of improvement of Chinese medical syndrome and remission of angina cordis were 90. 323 and 87. 096 in the treatment group which were superior to that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The improvement of electrocardiogram had no significant difference between two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The content of CPR reduced markedly in the treatment group, there were significant difference as compared with that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Zishen Huoxue Tongmai tablets had definite effect for treating stable angina cordis.
