摘要
文章通过对一些中国企业跨国经营的案例分析显示,文化差异是阻碍中国企业跨国经营的重要因素。对此,文章提出我国企业应积极研究和制定文化战略,通过文化调查分析、定位和规划、实施,提高在海外市场经营的竞争力。
In recent years,Chinese enterprises have made some achievements in merge in transnational operation,but there are some difficulties.The paper analyzes some cases of transnational operation of Chinese enterprises,which shows that the difference in culture is an important factor to restrain international operation of Chinese enterprises.Chinese enterprises should make out culture strategy,and enhance competitiveness by implementing culture plan and strategy.
