摘要
在分析我国食品安全问题成因的基础上,结合封闭供应链的理论研究,提出了食品封闭供应链的设计要素,并从这些设计要素出发,尝试从理论上构建不同类型核心企业主导的四种食品封闭供应链系统,包括生产核心、分销核心、加工核心和销售核心封闭供应链系统。
The paper analyzes the causes of food safety problems in China, combining with the theoretical research on closed-loop supply chain, puts forward the design element for food closed-loop supply chain, tries to establish theoretically the four food dosed-loop supply chain for the different kinds of core enterprises, including production core, distribution core, manufacturing core and selling core closed-loop supply chain systems.
