基于供应链的中国银行业现金物流管理探析

Discussion on Cash Logistics Management of Chinese Bank Industry Based on Supply Chain

分析了目前现金物流管理的现状,提出了在供应链框架下构建新的现金物流管理模式,同时针对第三方现金物流管理,给出了建立仿真模型的思路和对运算结果的分析。结果显示,商业银行将现金物流业务外包具有现实可行性,能够实现中国银行业现金物流管理的低成本和高效率的战略目的。

The paper analyzes the current situation of cash logistics management, proposes to establish a new cash logistics management mode under the framework of supply chain. Aiming at the third party cash logistics management, it suggests to build up a simulation model and analyzes the result of calculation.
