摘要
目的:探讨ki67在转染mtrⅡ基因后的霍奇金淋巴瘤中的表达情况及其意义。方法:将mtrⅡ转染人霍奇金淋巴瘤细胞系,采用免疫组化法检测转染前后ki67的表达情况。结果:未转染mtrⅡ基因的ki67阳性率为21.3%,转染mtrⅡ基因后ki67的阳性率为36.8%,两者之间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:mtrⅡ基因可能参与了霍奇金淋巴瘤恶性转化的过程。
Objective To explore the expression and significance of ki67 in Hodgkin＇s disease cell llines transfected by mtr Ⅱ gene. Methods The expression of ki67 in Hodgkin＇s disease cell lines which had been transfected by mtr Ⅱ gene were measured by immunohistochemical technique. Results The expression rate of ki67 in Hodgkin＇s disease cell lines which were transfected by mtr Ⅱ gene was higher than that in those weren＇t transfected by mtr Ⅱ gene （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion mtr Ⅱ gene may be related to the progress of Hodgkin＇s disease.
