摘要 Tim是2001年McIntire等在研究哮喘基因的过程中发现的一个新的基因家族．由于其结构上含有免疫球蛋白V区和黏蛋白区，因此命名为T细胞免疫球蛋白黏蛋白分子（T—cell immunoglobulin and nmcin—domain—containing molecules，Tim）家族。目前在鼠体内已鉴别出8个成员．Tim-1～Tim-8，
