维药爱维心口服液对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨爱维心口服液对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用及机制。方法:30只Wistar大鼠,体重200~250g,雄性,随机分为假手术组、缺血再灌(I/R)组、爱维心预处理组3组,每组各10只。建立大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型,记录大鼠心功能指标。检测心肌丙二醛(MDA)含量、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性和血清肌酸激酶(CK)含量,并观察大鼠心肌损伤的形态学改变。结果:爱维心口服液能够改善大鼠缺血复灌后的心功能,与缺血再灌组比,能显著降低心肌组织MDA和血清CK的含量(P<0.01),GSH-PX的活性明显升高(P<0.01),心肌损伤的形态学的改变明显减轻。结论:爱维心口服液对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤具有保护作用,其机制可能与减轻膜脂质过氧化有关。 Objective: To investigate the protective effects and mechanism of Aiweixin on myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury (MIRI) in rats. Methods: Thirty Wistar male rats, weighting(230-250)g, were divided into three groups randomly: Sham operation group, ischemia reperfusion injury group (I/R), and Aiweixin precondition group. There were 10 rats in each group. The model of MIRI was produced. The hemodynamic changes and the cardiac muscle contents of malondial dehyde (MDA), activity of glutathione (GSH-PX) and the serum contents of creatine kinase (CK) were detected respectively. Results: Aiweixin liquid can improve the hemodynamic changes of myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury. The cardiac muscle contents of MDA and the serum contents of CK were significantly lower, the activity of GSH-PX were significantly higher and the change of morphology were soften, in Aiweixin precondition group than that in I/ R group. Conclusion: Aiweixin liquid can protect MIRI; the myocardial protective mechanism of Aiweixin liquid may be concerned with lightening lipid peroxidation of cellular membrane.
