RP-HPLC法测定补骨脂酊中补骨脂素的含量

Determination of psoralen in Buguzhi tincture by RP-HPLC

目的:建立以RP-HPLC色谱法测定补骨脂酊中补骨脂素含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Spheri-5RP-18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)柱,流动相为甲醇-水(47∶53),流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为245nm。结果:补骨脂素检测浓度在21.20～106.00μg/ml范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为99.86%,RSD为1.06%(n=9)。结论:本方法简便快捷、灵敏度高、重现性好,可作为该制剂质量控制的方法。

Objective： To establish a method of determination of psoralen in Buguzhi tincture by HPLC. Metheds： The contents of psoralen in Buguzhi tincture were determined by HPLC. Results： The calibration curve was linear in the range of 21.20～106.00 μg/ml （r =0. 999 9） for Buguzhi tincture. The average recovery was 99.86% with RSD= 1.06% （n =9）. Conclusion： The method is simple, quick accurate and with a reproducibility and can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
