摘要 目的:通过亚慢性实验,探讨砷中毒的皮肤损害机理,研究砷对大鼠皮肤脂质过氧化(LP)水平的影响。方法:SPF级大鼠40只,按体重随机分成正常对照组(C)、低剂量组(L)、中剂量组(M)和高剂量组(H)4组,分别自由饮用蒸馏水、12.5 mg/L、25 mg/L和50 mg/L的亚砷酸钠水溶液,于3个月后取材,检测皮肤超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:随着染砷剂量的增加,低、中、高剂量组3种染毒模式于3个月后均引起皮肤SOD、GSH-Px活性显著降低(P<0.05);而MDA含量则显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:不同剂量的砷可引起大鼠皮肤组织发生脂质过氧化,脂质过氧化可能是砷致皮肤损害的机制之一。 Objective: To explore the mechanism of arsenic in skin injury, the effect of arsenic on lipid peroxidation (LP) in skin of rats was studied by subchronic experiments. Methods: The 40 rats were randomly separated into four groups including control group (C), low dose arsenic poisoning group (L), middle dose arsenic poisoning group (M), and high dose arsenic poisoning group (H). Rats of control group were fed with distilled water. Rats in group L, group M and group H were fed with water which was dissolved with sodium arsenic at the concentrations of 12.5 mg/L, 25 mg/L and 50 mg/L respectively. After three months, the animals were sacrificed and a series of biochemical indices were detected in skin. Results: The results showed that with the increases of exposure levels of arsenic, the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH Px) in low, middle and high dose groups were decreased strik ingly after three months (P 〈0.05). While the level of malonaldehyed (MDA) was significantly increased than the group C (P 〈0.05). Conclusions: It indicated that arsenic could induce LP in skin of rats. LP might be one of the mechanisms of skin injury in arsenic poisoning.
