摘要
目的合成外围分支含多个布洛芬官能基团的树枝状化合物。方法选取外围带有两个和三个羧基且具有一个被保护氨基的化合物作为树状核心,然后以乙二胺和一缩二乙二醇为桥,将布洛芬通过酰胺键和酯键结合到树枝状核心上。结果制备得到外围分支含有两个和三个布洛芬官能基的第一代树枝状化合物,产物经1HNMR和MS确证化学结构。结论布洛芬树枝状化合物可用于调控载药量。
OBJECTIVE To synthesize ibuprofen -functional dendfimers which and contain a potential group for attaching to targeting molecular. METHODS Two types of dendritic cores which containing a protected amino group at the core terminus and two or three carboxylic groups at the surface of the branches were chosen was attached covalently on the branches either directly by amide bonds or by ester bonds using ethylenediamine or diethylene glycol as linkers. RESULTS First generation dendrimers which contain two or three ibuprofen on the surface of the branches were synthesized and confirmed by ^1HNMR and MS. CONCLUSION These novel molecules can serve as muhidrug carriers.
