摘要
目的优选维清胶囊的除杂工艺。方法通过对水浸出物含量和甘草酸含量的测定,比较了高速离心法和吸附澄清技术两种澄清工艺的差异。结果两种除杂工艺对两个指标均有不同程度的影响。其中,吸附澄清技术能使水浸出物收率降至13%左右,同时最大程度地保留有效成分。结论吸附澄清技术可作为维清胶囊的除杂工艺。
OBJECTIVE To choose the best removal process of impurity of Weiqing capsules. METHODS By determinating dry extractives percent and glycyrrhizie acid content, two clarification processes including high - speed eentrifugation and adsorption clarification technic were compared. RESULTS Two clarification processes had different effects on the two index. Adsorption clarification technic could reduce the dry extraetives percent to 13% or so and retain the active components to the maximum degree. CONCLUSION Adsorption clarification technic can be used as clarification process of Weiqing capsules.
