酞丁安乳膏在大鼠局部皮肤上的毒理实验

Study on the systemic safety in rats by topical skin application with Ftibamzone cream

目的研究酞丁安乳膏在大鼠体内的安全性,以了解酞丁安乳膏应用于局部皮肤后,对大鼠所产生的整体影响。方法给予大鼠局部皮肤酞丁安乳膏3个月,进行长期毒性试验。结果大鼠整体无明显异常。病理结果表明,酞丁安乳膏对各器官无明显毒性。结论酞丁安乳膏局部应用于大鼠皮肤较安全。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the systemic effect on animals after topical application Ftibamzone cream. METHODS Long term toxicity test was conducted by topical application with Ftibamzone cream for three months on rat skin. RESULTS and CONCLUSION Abnormal responses in rats were not detected after topical application with Ftibamzone cream for three months and recovery period of 14 days. Data of pathological test indicated that there was no significnt toxicity to various organ in rats with Ftibamzone cream.
