摘要
封闭式纯氧曝气装置由于供氧充足、污泥浓度较高,在处理异常运行时有其工艺自身的特点。对封闭式纯氧曝气装置在处理高浓度石化废水时出现的低浓度稀释废水水温偏高、污泥膨胀等异常情况,提出了解决办法和防冲击预案,通过以二沉池出水浊度变化作为生化处理异常的预警、用增加整个曝气池气室内氧气纯度的方法加强供氧、以SV120指导生产等措施完善封闭式纯氧曝气处理工艺的正常运行。
Because of its sufficient oxygen supply and the high sludge concentration, the sealed pure oxygen aeration unit has its inherent characteristics when disposing abnormal operation. Aimed at the high temperature of the low concentration dilute wastewater and sludge bulking occurred in its treatment of high concentration petrochemical wastewater, the solving methods and impact prevention schemes are put forward. The sealed pure oxygen aeration treatment process is improved by using turbidity change of effluent from secondary sedimentation tank as early warning signal of treatment abnormality, increasing oxygen purity of the aeration tank and performing SV120 inspection.
