摘要
目的研究昆明杯冠藤中C-21甾体类化学成分。方法利用硅胶色谱法,反相ODS以及高效液相色谱法进行分离纯化,通过理化常数及光谱分析鉴定化合物结构。结果从昆明杯冠藤中分离得到了4个C-21甾体类化合物,分别为:告达庭(caudatin,Ⅰ)、加加明(gagamine,Ⅱ)、告达庭-3-O-β-D-夹竹桃吡喃糖基(1→4)-β-D-加拿大麻吡喃糖基(1→4)-β-D-加拿大麻吡喃糖苷(Ⅲ)、青羊参苷元-3-O-β-D-夹竹桃吡喃糖基(1→4)-β-D-加拿大麻吡喃糖基(1→4)-β-D-加拿大麻吡喃糖苷(Ⅳ)。结论化合物Ⅲ和Ⅳ中的糖链全部由2,6-双去氧糖组成,且均首次从该植物中分离得到。
Aim To study C-21 glycosides of Cynanchum wallichii Wight. Methods Four compounds were isolated by means of silica gel column ODS column and HPLC, and the structures of these 4 steroidal glycosides were determined on the basis of both their physical and chemical characters and spectral analysis. Resuits 4 steroidal glycosides were isolated from Cynanchum wallichii Wight,and identified as:caudatin( Ⅰ ), gagamine ( Ⅱ ), caudatin-3-O-β-D-oleandropyranosyl- ( 1→4 )-β-D-cymampyranosyl ( 1→4 ) -β-D-cymaropyranoside ( Ⅲ ), qinyangshengenin-3-O-β-D-oleandropyranosyl-( 1→4 ) -β-D-cymaropyranosyl ( 1→4) -β-D-cymaropyranoside ( Ⅳ ). Conclusion Sugar chains of compounds Ⅲ and Ⅳ were composed of 2,6-dideoxypyranoses and both were isolated from Cynanchum wallichii Wight. for the first time.
