摘要
讨论了镍电极中活性物质成分与粘结剂配方对MH-Ni电池1C快速充电性能的影响。结果表明,当镍电极中活性物质成分调整至Ni(OH)2为75%、导电剂为15%,添加剂为6.5%,粘结剂为3.5%时,并采用PTFE与CMC混合型粘结剂(配比为PTFE∶CMC=1∶1),制造出来的发泡式镍电极的MH-Ni电池1C充放电性能较好,且1C充放电循环寿命达150次以上。
The properties on fast charging of Ni MH batteries which were improved by adjusting the active compositions of nickel electrodes and binder prescriptions have been discussed.It has found that Ni MH batteries which used foamed nickel electrodes as its anodes whose active composition had been adjusted (Ni(OH) 2:75%,additives:6.5%,Ni powders:15%,binders:3.5%) and which had used miscellaneous binders of PTFE and CMC (PTFE:CMC=1:1) have good properties and long operating life of more than 150 cycles at 1C charge and discharge rates.
