摘要 为了更准确地建立复杂产品结构之间的配置关系,提出了一种新的基于多色图理论的产品结构配置模型,给出了其数学模型,并应用改进蚁群算法对该模型进行了最优求解,最后基于该模型开发了产品配置管理的原型系统.结果表明,基于多色图理论的产品配置模型能够对复杂产品结构之间的配置信息、产品属性、装配关系等进行准确描述;同时,原型系统的开发让复杂产品设计并行化成为可能,为用户进行设计协作开辟了一条新的途径. Based on the theory of polychromatic graphs, a configuration model was developed for product mix with a mathematical model provided to establish accurately the configuration relationship between different complex product mix. Then, an improved ant colony algorithm was applied to the model for optimal solution, thus developing a prototype configuration/management system based on the model. The results indicated that the configuration model developed on the basis of polychromatic graph theory was able to describe accurately the configuration information, attributes of products and assembling relation between different complex product mix. Furthermore, the prototype system developed enabled the design of complex products to be parallelized, therefore, a new way was given to the collaborative design for users.
