摘要
利用光学显微镜研究了强磁场(12 T)下奥氏体化状态的保温时间对Fe-0.12%C合金连续冷却转变珠光体组织形貌的影响.结果表明:强磁场作用下合金中珠光体团的长轴方向与磁场方向平行且伸长的程度随其奥氏体化温度下保温时间增长而增强;相同强磁场热处理条件下,板平面平行于磁场方向比垂直于磁场方向放置的试样的珠光体面积分数低,同时珠光体团长轴方向与磁场方向平行且伸长的程度低.
The influence of austenization holding time on the morphology of pearlite in Fe- 0.12 % C alloy under high magnetic field (12 T) was investigated by optical microscopy. It was shown that the tendency that the long axis of the pearlite colonies is parallel and elongated along the magnetic field direction under the high magnetic field increases with the prolonging holding time for austenization. Under the conditions that the holding time for austenization and magnetic field both remain unchanged, the area fraction of the pearlite in the sample whose plate plane is parallel to the magnetic field direction is less than that in the sample whose plate plane is perpendicular to the magnetic field direction, and, tendency that the long axis of the pearlite colonies is parallel to and elongated along the magnetic field direction is weaker.
