摘要 以研制工作在-30℃/-60℃温区的低温预冷设备为目标,自行设计和搭建了1个两级复叠式蒸气压缩制冷循环低温预冷设备,其中高温级循环采用R22作制冷剂,可以独立运行并在-30℃提供冷量;低温级循环采用R23作制冷剂,两级复叠运行时可在-60℃提供冷量。该低温预冷设备在低温级循环中加了1个回热器,在高温级循环辅助启动完成后,低温级循环可通过自身回热而独立运行并达到-60℃的制冷温度。 To obtain a convenient and reliable pre-cooling method for research at -30 ℃ and -60 ℃ , a two-stage cascade cycle pre-cooling equipment was designed and set up. The R22 and R23 were used as refrigerants in the two stages respectively. An internal heat exchanger was set in low-temperature cycle, which could enhance the overall COP and make it possible for the low-temperature stage to run independently. The experimental results indicate that the pre-cooling equipment can provide refrigerating output at -30℃ and -60℃ respectively and the low temperature cycle can run in single mode at -60℃ stably.
