摘要
高功率密度电动车辆驱动电机的发展促进了评估与优化带有不同电流与反电势波形的各种结构类型电机的功率水平的方法的研究。本文以一般化尺寸方程和功率密度方程为研究基础,探讨了盘式轴向磁场永磁电机和Weh氏横向磁场永磁电机的尺寸优化,进行了盘式轴向磁场永磁电机、Weh氏横向磁场永磁电机和传统的鼠笼式异步电机的功率密度的比较。
The evolution of high power density electric vehicle drive motors stimulates the study on the techniques to optimize and evaluate power potential of machines with vastly different topologies,having a variety of different waveforms of back emf and current.In this paper,based on the general sizing and power density equations,a general approach is presented to further the optimization methods of machine size design on the axial flux toroidal permanent magnet (AFTPM) machine and Weh's transverse flux permanent magnet (WTHPM) machine,furthermore to compare the power production capability among the AFTPM machine,WTHPM machine and the tradition squirrel cage induction (IM) machine.
