Design of Press Mould Structure Based on Polychromatic Sets

应用多色集合理论提出了一种产品结构的设计方法,该方法应用多色集合的围道布尔矩阵表达功能模块元素和结构元素之间的映射关系,用有向关联图表达结构元素之间的配合约束关系,通过有向关联图中的可达路径及其围道性质获得所有可行的结构设计方案,这些方案能够同时满足产品的功能要求和结构配合约束。并用这种方法完成了冲压模的结构方案设计。

A design method of product structure based on polychromatic set theory was proposed. The method builds the contour matrix of polychromatie sets to map the relationship between functional and structural elements, and applies the directed conjunction graph to express mate constraints among structural elements. All feasible design schemes of product structure were obtained by analy- zing the accessible routines and their contour characteristics in the directed conjunction graph. These schemes can satisfy functional requirements and structural mate constraints simultaneously. The conceptual design of press mould structure was completed with the method.
