摘要
在数控车床上循环车削槽形结构时,按传统的"梯度"进刀法加工槽时的刀具寿命较低,粗糙度不高,且加工效率低,为此,提出了采用组合式弹性车槽刀和相应的进刀路线的新切削方法。介绍了合式弹性车槽刀的结构和工作模型、轴向切削阻力约束及刀具调整间隙。实验结果表明:运用组合式弹性车槽刀和相应的进刀路线,可以提高车削效率和表面车削质量,且刀具寿命也得到提高。
When turning the slot structure circularly on the CNC lathe, the cutters have low lifetime and the roughness is low and the machining efficiency is low according to the traditional method of grads feeding. The new cutting method adopting combined flexible grooving tool and relevant cutting feed route were proposed, and the structure of combined flexible grooving tool and working model, and the constraint of cutting resistance in axial direction and the adjusting clearance of cutter were introduced. The result indicates that applying combined flexible grooving tool and relevant feeding cutter route can improve turning efficiency and surface quality of turning and increase the lifetime of cutter.
