摘要
在分析装配特征以及装配特征信息的基础上,建立了基于装配特征的装配模型。在装配建模过程中,通过定义零件间的装配关系,获得了基于装配特征的装配关系信息,以零件为单位组成装配关系集。为了适应虚拟装配规划、虚拟装配分析等不同阶段对装配模型中装配关系信息的需求,提出了基于集合的"对称差运算"算法和"组合运算"算法的装配关系信息分析处理方法。利用子装配体中被装配零件的装配关系信息集的"对称差运算"来获取子装配体的装配关系集,通过对装配体内所有零件装配关系信息集的"组合运算"以及装配关系的传递性来衍生零件相互之间未定义的装配关系信息,从而实现了装配模型信息的动态生成。最后给出了基于布尔运算的装配关系信息分析处理的一个应用实例。
The concept of assembly feature and the information of assembly feature were analyzed. The assembly model was established based on assembly feature. By definition of assembly relationship among parts, assembly relationship information of assembly feature was gained in assembly modeling. The assembly relationship information set is composed of assembly relation information of all assembly features in a part. In order to meet the demand of assembly relation in the stages of virtual assembly planning and virtual assembly analyses, the method that assembly relationship information of a sub-assembly is gained by Boolean set operation on assembly relationship information of assembly part or sub-assembly was put forward. The Boolean operation are "Boolean union operation" minus "Boolean intersection operation". Non-definitions assembly relationship information of part can be gained in sub-assembly as follow, the assembly relationship information set of sub-assembly interior is gained by Boolean operation in all assembly relationship information sets of parts, then non-definition assembly relationship information of a part is gained by reason and derivation in the assembly relation-ship information set of sub-assembly interior. A case was given to test these theories.
