摘要
将电液比例阀应用于旋转平台回转定位液压系统中,控制旋转平台的往复运动速度及定位精度。使用结果表明:电液比例阀控制的旋转平台实现了0~180°的往复旋转运动,加、减速度行程范围为0~22.5°,执行部件的定位误差小于等于0.25°,达到了使用要求。
Electro - hydraulic proportional valve was applied in the rotary positioning system of rotating platform hydraulic to control the reciprocating movement speed and positioning accuracy of the platform. The results show that the reciprocating platform controlled by electro-hydraulic proportional valve achieves reciprocating rotation of 0 - 180° , the travel range of acceleration and deceleration is 0 -22. 5° , the positioning error of the implementation parts is less than or equal to 0. 25°.
