摘要
为提高重要工位螺母的拧紧质量,介绍了一种螺母拧紧机的总体结构和控制系统的设计,并对控制算法进行了仿真。该控制系统采用扭矩闭环控制及智能控制算法,实现了扭矩的高精度控制,提高了生产效率和装配精度。
In order to improve the performance of screw fastening in important places, a screw fanstening machine was designed, its overall structure and the design of control system were introduced. Based on the torque closed loop system and intelligent control algorithm, the control system realizes high precise torque control. Screw fastening machine based on this system improves assembly precision and efficiency.
