摘要
分析了影响给定的三坐标测量机动态误差的因素,对动态偏转角误差进行了测量,并推导出由动态偏转误差得到测头处的动态位移误差的计算公式。同时分析了测球半径补偿误差的成因及解决措施。
The factor that influences the coordinate measuring machine dynamic error was analyzed, the dynamic deflection angle error was measured, and the formula of dynamic displacement error of the gauge head was deduced. The origin of measuring-hall radius compensating errors was analyzed, and the solution was put forward.
