摘要
可升降式移动登机桥是全新的旅客登机载体,而安装在其前部的对接平台则是旅客上下飞机的必经通道,为了提高可靠性,必须要对对接平台进行受力分析。作者利用SolidW orks三维软件建立对接平台几何模型,并运用有限元分析插件Cosmos/W orks,计算分析了对接平台的力学性能,得到对接平台在极限载荷下的应力分布情况,并根据结果对设计提出了改进建议和方法。
The docking platform assembles on the fore of the mobile boarding vehicles is the only way for the passenger boarding and departing the aircraft. The exerted force on the platform must be analyzed in order to improve the reliability of the docking platform. The geometry model of the platform was established by the Solidworks 3D modeling software and the performance of the exerted force on the platform was calculated and analyzed by the plug-in finite element analysis Cosmos/Works which integrates in Solidworks software. The distribution of the stress exerted on the platform was obtained and the modification method for the docking platform was proposed.
