摘要
应用正交试验法,以U形件为研究对象,用Dynaform进行数值模拟及验证,得到U形件成形的初步优化方案。结果证明该方法的确能优化试验方案,大大提高设计效率。
By using orthogonal design, the springback of U-shape parts was studied. The optimization method about U-shape parts forming was got by numerical simulation using Dynaform. The results show that the method can optimize the experimental project, and enhance the design efficiency.
