摘要
介绍了一种优化的直线插补算法,并使用C++Builder 6.0作为开发工具,完成了对CorelDRAW和AutoCAD生成的两种PLT图形文件以及SHX大字体文件的矢量数据的提取和插补输出;提出了雕刻精度和速度的控制方法。实现了对步进电机的精确控制,提高了激光雕刻系统的加工精度。
An optimized linear interpolation algorithm was introduced. Using C ++ Builder 6. 0 as a development tool, the extraction and interpolation output of vector data of PLT graphics file which generated by CorelDRAW and AutoCAD, and SHX big font file were completed, the way of control of the engraving precision and velocity was put forward, which system achieves the precise control of stepper motor, and increases the machining accuracy of laser engraving system.
