摘要
介绍了液压设备状态监测和故障诊断常用检测方法,以冶金设备中卷取机对边EPC液压系统为例,利用多项检测手段和故障综合分析技术,对电气干扰影响产品质量的原因进行分析,并对其产生的故障进行诊断和排除,保证了生产的正常运行。
Several common methods for hydraulic system condition monitoring and fault diagnosis were introduced. Taking hydraulic metal strip edge position control system of rolling machine in metallurgy field for example, muhiplicate means of inspection and analysis were presented to analyze and debug the electric disturb fault, and normal manufacture order was guaranteed effectively.
