摘要
针对高压液压系统流量信号测量难的问题,设计了一种内齿轮流量计,并分析了该流量计的结构和工作原理。该流量计结构简单、流量脉动低,可广泛用于液压系统的动态流量测量。
Aimed at the problem that it is difficult to measure the flow signal in high pressure hydraulic system, an internal gear flow meter was designed. Its structure and working principle were introduced. The flow meter has simple structure and low flow pulse, it can be used to measure the dynamic flow of hydraulic system.
