Dynamic Design and Simulation of Proportional Directional Valve with Displacement Feedback Based on the Moving Valve Sleeve

分析了一种基于动阀套位移反馈的两级电液比例方向节流阀的工作原理,建立了该阀的线性化模型,从稳态误差以及快速性两个方面,对该阀进行了动态特性仿真,提出了改进该阀动态性能的措施。

The working principle of the proportional directional valve with displacement feedback based on the moving valve sleeve was analyzed, the linearity mathematic model was built and dynamical simulation was carried out from the two aspects of steady state error and speedability. The key measures to improve the dynamical characters of the valve were put forward.
