摘要 在由应试教育向素质教育转轨的改革时期,如何教育学生学会学习,学会做人,是班主任的主要任务。为达此目的,应对学生强化"三自"教育,即自我管理、自我教育、自我提高的能力。作为班主任如何能够在班级各类活动中潜移默化的提高学生在这方面的能力可见是十分重要的。 During the period in transferring examination-oriented education into quality-oriented education,the main task for the teacher in charge of the class is that how to teach the students to learn,to be a useful man in the society.For this,we should strengthen " Three-self" education(that is self-management,self-education and self- improvement).So it is essential that how to improve their abilities in activities.
