摘要
采用k-ε双方程紊流模型对湍球塔(TCA)内三维流场进行了数值模拟,并对塔内复杂结构如整流板、湍球层、底部液面及其它不可流通区域进行了合理的处理。计算结果与试验结果基本相符合。本文的计算程序可为TCA的设计及保证其长期安全经济运行提供理论依据。
Numerical simulating calculation of the 3-dimensional flow field within turbulent contract absorber (TCA) has been carried out in this paper,in which a k-ε2-equation turbulent model has been adopted,it also reasonably deals with the complicated structure of TCA,such as its air distributors,turbulent layers,liquid surface at the bottom,and other non-flowing areas.The computational results are closely consistent with the experimental ones.The computational program in the paper can supply theoretical basis for the design of TCA and guarantee its long safe and economical running。
