我国城市轨道交通标准设计的必要性及可行性

Necessity and Feasibility about Standard Design Methord of Urban Rail Transit in China

阐述标准设计是贯彻国家主要技术政策的有力工具,是国内外相关行业采取的普遍做法。分析国内外城市轨道交通行业及其相关行业推行标准设计的现状和特点,阐明在我国推进城市轨道交通标准设计的必要性和意义,并对推进城市轨道交通标准设计的思路、目标、体系框架和组织架构等进行初步的研究,提出应该逐步建立和完善我国城市轨道交通标准设计体系的建议,希望引起业界的共鸣,共同研讨推动我国城市轨道交通标准设计的必要性和可行性,以实现城市轨道交通技术又好又快发展。

Standard design commonly adopted both in domestic and overseas engineering design work is a potent approach to carry out primary national technical policies.By analysing the present situation and features of standard design in domestic and foreign rail transit and in other fields,the necessity and significance of implementing standard design in urban rail transit are highlighted,the ideas,objectives,system frame and organization configuration for carrying out standard design in urban rail transit are studied,and the proposals about setting up standard design system in domestic urban rail transit are put forward.These are expected to be echoed by colleagues of this field to study the necessity and feasibility of the standard design for better and faster development of urban rail systems in China.
