银催化剂评价装置中控制系统的设计与应用

Application of DCS in Eosilver Catalyst Evaluation Unit

在采用R150自动控制系统的基础上，对乙烯氧化生产环氧乙烷催化剂的评价中试装置的控制系统进行了改进，并增建一套采用高压水撤热的反应系统。改进后进行的实验研究表明，所采用的控制方案是恰当的，实现了评价装置合自动化。

In this paper,an automatic control system for ethylene oxidation silver catalyst evaluation unit was reformed based on R-150 modular automation system,A new set of oxidation reactor with highpressure water as coolant was rebuilt.The result shows that the design schem of the automatic control system and the new reaction system are successful.
