蛋白质组学在肝细胞肝癌转移复发研究中的应用

Application of proteomics in metastasis and recurrence research of hepatocellular carcinoma

摘要 肝细胞肝癌(HCC)转移、复发是一个多环节、多因素的复杂过程。采用蛋白质组学技术从蛋白质整体水平上研究HCC的转移、复发,寻找与其相关的新蛋白质、肿瘤特异性标记物及药物治疗的靶标,对提高HCC治疗效果将起到重要作用。 Metastasis and recurrence of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) is a muhifactor and multistage process. Studying the metastasis and recurrence of HCC from the whole level of protein by proteomics techniques, and searching novel proteins related with HCC and HCC specific biomarkers as well as therapeutic targets, can greatly improve therapeutic efficacy of HCC patients.
