红花注射液预处理对鼠肺缺血再灌注损伤的保护性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨红花注射液预处理对鼠肺缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法健康wistar大鼠36只,随机分为3组,每组12只。I组:未行缺血再灌注处理;Ⅱ组:行左肺缺血再灌注处理;Ⅲ组:红花预处理与行左肺缺血再灌注处理。结果Ⅱ组再灌注1、2、3h动脉血PaO2显著降低而PaCO2显著升高,各时点血浆MDA、髓过氧化物酶(MPO)和左肺组织W/D均显著升高(与I组比较);电镜显示Ⅱ组有明显的肺超微结构损伤,Ⅲ组红花注射液预处理后可明显改善上述指标变化。结论红花注射液预处理对肺缺血/再灌注损伤有明显的保护作用。 Objective To investigate the protective effective of safflower injection precongditioning on lung ischemia and reperfusion in rat. Methods rat modle of ischemia reperfusiong injury was established in vivo. 36 health wistar big rat were divided into three groups randomly,each 12 ,sham operation group( Ⅰ ) ,ischemia/reperfushion group ( Ⅱ ) and ischemia/reperfusion + safflowe group ( Ⅲ ). Results At reperfusion point 1 hour 2 hour 3 hour the level of PaO2 decreased gradually , while PaCO2 increased gradually , each hour poit plasma MDA,MPO and left lung tissue wet/dry show to increased gradually(with group Ⅰ eomparision) ; Electricity mirror manifestation of I/R group ability of lung super microstructural hurt. IRgroup can obvious improvement above mentioned index sign variety. Conclusion safflower injection prepare processing to lung I/R have obvious of protection function.
