睾丸附件扭转诊治体会

Diagnose and therapy of torsion of testicular adnexa

目的探讨睾丸附件扭转的临床诊疗方法。方法回顾性总结30例睾丸附件扭转患者的临床资料,结合文献进行分析、讨论。结果24例手术治疗,行睾丸附件切除;6例因拒绝手术予以保守治疗。结论对明确诊断或有高度怀疑时,应积极行手术探查。

Objective To study the methods of diagnosis and treatment for torsion of testicular adnexa. Methods The clinical material of 30 cases torsion of testicular adnexa were summarized retrospectively and analysed and discussed to combined with literature. Results 24 cases testicular adnexa were made orchidectomy by operations research, and 6 cases of them were made expectant treatment because of rejecting operation. Conclusion Operations research should be done immediately for the cases with early diagnosis or high suspected.
