建设生态文明的三维理论创新与实践探索

Theoretical Innovation and Practical Exploration in the Three Dimensions of Constructing Ecological Civilization

改革开放30年来,从"两个文明"到"四个文明",从建设"生态良好的文明"到"建设生态文明"提出的历史过程,实践上是中国生态文明建设序幕渐渐拉开的历史过程,理论上是马克思主义文明形态理论体系创新并构成中国特色社会主义理论体系重要内容的历史过程,政治上是中国共产党把中国特色社会主义建设与共产主义远大理想有机结合的历史过程。在国家建设高度上提出"建设生态文明",是中共十七大面对21世纪工业文明向生态文明质变升华关键期,在中国特色社会主义建设历史新起点上做出的具有划时代意义的重大战略抉择。

The historical process of 30 years of reform and opening - up, from ＂two civilizations＂ to＂ four civilizations＂, and from ＂constructing the civilization with good ecology＂ to ＂constructing the ecological civilization＂ is, practically, a historical process of writing the prelude of ecological civilization in China; theoretically, a historical process of innovating the Marxist theoretical system of civilization forms and making it an important content of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics ; and politically, a historical process of the CPC combining organically the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics with the long -range ideal of communism. ＂To construct the ecological civilization＂ from the angle of national construction is an epoch - making strategic decision made in the Seventeenth National Congress of the CPC, faced by the historical opportunity of the qualitative change from industrial civilization to ecological civilization at the new starting point of building socialism with Chinese characteristics in the 21 st century.
