The Cadre Education of the CPC in the Early Period of Socialism Construction

加强干部教育是我们党的优良传统。1956-1966年,为适应大规模开展社会主义建设的要求,我们党开展了大规模干部教育培训工作。教育培训中坚持"又红又专"的干部标准,政治理论学习与业务学习相结合,脱产培训和劳动实践中培训相结合,为社会主义建设培养了一支可靠的党员干部队伍。

Strengthening the education of cadre is a good tradition of the CPC. In 1956 - 1966, to meet the requirements for carrying through the socialism construction in a large scale, the CPC implemented the work of largescale cadre education and training. The standard of ＂both political integrity and professional competence＂ for good cadre was always upheld, the learning of political theory and the learning of professional knowledge were combined, and off- the -job training was combined with practice, thus having cultivated a team of reliable cadres for the socialism construction.
