摘要
在合成氨厂弹性管系分析中除正确选用材料和合理布置设备外,对给定走向的管系要按不同应力分类进行具体分析,提出了对二次应力采用重心偏移法及按抗氢钢特性进行管道预制化的建议。
This work describes through examples that in addition to the correct selection of materials and proper equipment layout, it is necessary to carry out specific analysis for different categories of stress under the given piping routing. The author recommends the center of gravity offset method for secondary stress analysis and perform the pipe fabrication based on the characteristics of antihydrogen steel.
