利用PASS软件对我院住院患者用药医嘱的合理性分析

Analysis of inpatient medical orders in our hospital by PASS

应用合理用药监测系统（PASS软件）的“医院患者信息查询系统”，回顾性监测我院2008年3月～2008年8月所有住院患者用药医嘱，并对监测结果进行了分析，结果表明，我院用药存在不合理之处主要表现为药物相互作用、用药剂量不合理等.PASS有助于提高临床合理用药水平，但该系统存在的不足方面有待不断完善.

All medication orders in all departments of our hospital were monitored respectively by using Hospital Information System Pharmaceutical Workstation that equipped with PASS. Some irrational medication orders were discovered, such as adverse drug interactions and irrational dosage. PASS system is conducive to rational drug use in clinics, but it needs to be continuously improved.
