摘要 目的:HPLC法测定阿咖片中咖啡因、阿司匹林及游离水杨酸的含量:方法:采用Phnomene。十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶柱;流动相:1%冰醋酸(用三乙胺调节pH至3.5)-甲醇(70:30);检测波长:280nm;流量:1.0mL·min^-1.结果:咖啡因的线性范围9.0~108.0μg·mL^-1.回归方程为Y=4.97×10^7X-8.5×10^3.r=0.9999,平均回收率为100.0%,RSD为0.3%;阿司匹林的线性范围7.5~900.0μg·mL^-1,回归方程为y=4.60×10^6X+9.3×10^4,r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.8%,RSD为1.1%;水杨酸的线性范围3.0—3.6μg·mL^-1,回归方程为Y=3.00×10^7X-3.4×10^4,r=0.9998,平均回收率为101.6%,RSD为0.98%:结论:该方法简便.结果准确。 Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of caffeine, aspirin and free salicylic acid limitation in Aka Tablets. Method:Chromatographic column was Phenomenex C18 ( 150 x 4.6 mm,5 μm). The mobile phase was consisted of 1% glacial acetic acid (adjusted pH to 3.5 by triethylamine)-methanol (70: 30) and the detection wavelength was 280 nm. Results: The linear ranges were 9.0 - 108.0 μg·mL^-1 for caffeine, 7.5 - 900.0 μg·mL^-1 for aspirin and 3 0.003 6 mg·mL^-1for salicylic acid. The calibration curves were Y =4.97 × 10^7X-8. 5 × 10^3, r = 0. 999 9 for caffeine ; Y = 4.60 × 10^6X + 9.3 × 10^4, r = 0. 999 9 for aspirin ; Y = 3.00 × 10^7X - 3.4 × l0^4, r =0. 999 8 for salicylic acid. The average recovery of caffeine, aspirin and salicylic acid were 100.0%(RSD=0.3%, n=5), 99.8% (RSD=1.1%, n=5) and 101.6% (RSD=0.98%, n= 5) respectively. Conclusion: The method is accurate and easy to operate.
