目的：HPLC法测定阿咖片中咖啡因、阿司匹林及游离水杨酸的含量：方法：采用Phnomene。十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶柱；流动相：1％冰醋酸（用三乙胺调节pH至3．5）-甲醇（70：30）；检测波长：280nm；流量：1．0mL·min^-1.结果：咖啡因的线性范围9．0～108．0μg·mL^-1．回归方程为Y=4．97×10^7X-8．5×10^3．r=0．9999，平均回收率为100．0％，RSD为0．3％；阿司匹林的线性范围7．5～900．0μg·mL^-1，回归方程为y=4．60×10^6X＋9．3×10^4，r=0．9999，平均回收率为99．8％，RSD为1．1％；水杨酸的线性范围3．0—3．6μg·mL^-1，回归方程为Y=3．00×10^7X-3．4×10^4，r=0．9998，平均回收率为101．6％，RSD为0．98％：结论：该方法简便．结果准确。
Objective： To establish an HPLC method for the determination of caffeine, aspirin and free salicylic acid limitation in Aka Tablets. Method：Chromatographic column was Phenomenex C18 （ 150 x 4.6 mm,5 μm）. The mobile phase was consisted of 1% glacial acetic acid （adjusted pH to 3.5 by triethylamine）-methanol （70： 30） and the detection wavelength was 280 nm. Results： The linear ranges were 9.0 - 108.0 μg·mL^-1 for caffeine, 7.5 - 900.0 μg·mL^-1 for aspirin and 3 0.003 6 mg·mL^-1for salicylic acid. The calibration curves were Y =4.97 × 10^7X-8. 5 × 10^3, r = 0. 999 9 for caffeine ; Y = 4.60 × 10^6X ＋ 9.3 × 10^4, r = 0. 999 9 for aspirin ; Y = 3.00 × 10^7X - 3.4 × l0^4, r =0. 999 8 for salicylic acid. The average recovery of caffeine, aspirin and salicylic acid were 100.0%（RSD=0.3%, n=5）, 99.8% （RSD=1.1%, n=5） and 101.6% （RSD=0.98%, n= 5） respectively. Conclusion： The method is accurate and easy to operate.
