摘要
从造粒机洗涤塔抽风机（Ｕ－１５０）的结构特点入手，结合风机异常振动情况，通过风机的振动信号分析和叶轮的着色探伤，确认叶轮叶片的焊缝气孔是风机异常振动的根本原因。根据风机的损坏状况及其振动的根本原因，采取综合治理措施，使生产稳定运行。
Starting with the structure peculiarity of the Granulator Scrubber Exhaust Fan (U150),and combining with the abnormal vibration of the fan,this paper makes analysis of the vibration signal of the fan and penetrant inspection of the impeller.It is confirmed that the primary reason causing abnormal vibration is the impeller weld metal porosity.According to the damage and the vibration primary reason of the fan,comprehensive solving measures have been taken to stabilize the production.
