摘要
数控机床是高度自动化生产设备,要求进行各种连续切削加工。机床在换刀时前一刀具刀尖位置和新换的刀具形状、位置之间会产生差异,刀具安装、刀具磨损和刀尖圆弧半径等方面不尽相同,利用刀具补偿功能予以补偿,可以加工出符合图样要求的零件,简化编程,提高生产工作效率。
NC Machine is a kind of highly automated production device, and requires various continuous cutting process. After changing tool, there will be some differences between new and old tool at geometry and position. Also the setup, wear and corner radius of tool will be different. Parts which meet the requirements of the drawing can be processed with the tool compensation. And tool compensation can also simplify programming and increase production efficiency.
